Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not ship over overseas.

When will I expect my item to be shipped after placing my order?

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Orders made on the weekend or late afternoon of a Friday will be shipped the following business day.

When will I expect my order to arrive?

Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days after the order has been shipped. Please keep in mind that sometimes it takes longer due to delays in transit.

What payment do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Sorry unfortunately we do not accept American Express at this moment.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders will be supplied with tracking number for your own convenience.

How can I cancel my order or change my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email as soon as possible after making the order. We tend to ship the order the same day or within 24 hours.

I am having issue with my order, who do I need to contact?

My vaporizer battery doesn't charge/work?

Please make sure that your battery is unlocked before using. To unlock the battery press the button 5 times or until the button blinks. You will know that the battery is unlocked when you press the button and the button lights up.
